MMIS System Maintenance: Sunday, December 28, 2025 (3:00PM-10:00PM)

To allow for system maintenance, the MMIS POSC, the internal MMIS application, EVS and all eligibility services will be unavailable. MAP, CBHI, MeNoB, member and eligibility web services, connect direct and interchange file transfers and Netreveal predictive modeling application servers will also be impacted.

  • Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

My Account Page (MAP) Member Decommission

Beginning April 1, 2026, MAP will no longer be available for members. This change will not affect your health benefits. You can currently view your health benefits information and view certain notices through MyServices.

i-Familynet and DCF Partner Services Maintenance

The following Virtual Gateway Applications will be unavailable during this outage from Tuesday, December 23, 2025, 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM:

  • i-FamilyNet will be down for maintenance and upgrade
  • DCF Partner Services will be down for maintenance and upgrade
